    Due to the nature of our product sourcing, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, delayed shipping, or personal preference.

    Eligible Claims

    We will consider refund or store credit requests only under the following circumstances:

    • The item arrived damaged
    • The item arrived defective (non-functional as described)
    • The item received was incorrect (wrong product or variant sent)

    How to Submit a Claim

    Claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To be considered, your claim must include:

    2. A clear description of the issue
    3. Photo or video evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item

    Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.

    Resolution Options

    Upon review and approval of your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

    • Store credit toward a future purchase
    • Partial refund to your original payment method

    We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the claim.
